Welcome to Live Löyly. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a booking or using our facilities.


1. Booking Policies

1.1 How to Book Bookings can be made online through our website (www.loyly.live) using our booking system. Walk-ins are subject to availability.

1.2 Age Restrictions Our experiences are strictly for individuals aged 18 years or older. Proof of age may be required, and entry will be refused to anyone under 18.

1.3 Group Bookings For large group bookings beyond our standard offerings, please contact us directly at info@loyly.live. Custom terms may apply.


2. Cancellation and Refund Policies

2.1 Cancellation

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session to qualify for a refund.
  • Cancellations can only be processed through the confirmation link provided in your booking email.

2.2 No-Shows Failure to attend a booked session without prior notice will result in the forfeiture of the full booking fee. We can only process cancellations that comply with our policy.

2.3 Late Arrivals If you arrive late, you will lose that portion of your booking time. Missed time cannot be carried over to the next session, as this affects availability for other guests.


3. Health, Safety, and Assumption of Risk

3.1 Health Declaration By booking or attending Live Löyly, you confirm that you are in good health and have no medical conditions that could be adversely affected by sauna, cold plunge, or rapid temperature changes. These activities may not be suitable for individuals with heart conditions, high or low blood pressure, respiratory issues, epilepsy, skin sensitivities, or other health concerns. If you are pregnant, under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or have any concerns about your health, you must consult a healthcare professional before participating.

3.2 Prohibited Activities The following are strictly prohibited:

  • Consumption of alcohol or drugs before or during your session.
  • Bringing glass or sharp objects into the sauna or cold plunge area.

3.3 Assumption of Risk You acknowledge and accept that sauna and cold plunge use involves inherent risks including, but not limited to, dehydration, overheating, cold exposure, slips, and falls. You agree to follow all staff instructions and safety guidelines and to inform staff immediately if you feel unwell or experience discomfort during your session.

3.4 Liability Waiver To the fullest extent permitted by law, Live Löyly and its staff shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage incurred during your visit, except where such liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.

It is the responsibility of all customers to immediately report any accident, injury, or incident that occurs on site to a member of staff. Customers are required to complete an official accident/incident report form at the time of the occurrence to ensure the matter is properly recorded and addressed in accordance with our health and safety procedures.

3.5 Outdoor and Natural Surroundings If you decide to enter any natural surroundings or water sources near our facilities, you do so entirely at your own risk. Live Löyly and its staff are not responsible for injuries or incidents occurring outside our controlled premises.

3.6 Personal Belongings You are responsible for securing your personal belongings. Live Löyly is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items, except where this results from our negligence. This includes but is not limited to bathing suits, jewellery, smartwatches, glasses, lenses, towels, and footwear.


4. Customer Conduct

4.1 Behavioural Expectations We expect all customers to:

  • Respect staff and other guests.
  • Adhere to the session schedule.
  • Follow all posted and communicated safety instructions.
  • Be responsible for their own belongings.

4.2 Policy Violations Failure to comply with our conduct guidelines may result in immediate removal from the premises without refund.


5. Privacy Policy

5.2 Third-Party Services Our booking and payment systems integrate with third-party providers. By using our services, you consent to their terms.
